Datakeen is looking for a Senior ML Engineer on a permanent contract at La Défense (hybrid), with a solid experience in ML/LLMS and the desire to build AI solutions deployed in production.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior ML Engineer in CDI, based in La Défense (hybrid up to 3 remote days per week).
Responsibilities
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will play a strategic role in the design, industrialization and evolution of our AI solutions.
- Advanced modeling: Develop and optimize robust models (vision, NLP, structured data), in particular based on LLMs and multimodal agents.
- Research & Innovation: Explore the most recent AI/ML approaches and industrialize the most promising solutions.
- Monitoring & Performance: Define and monitor key indicators to manage the performance and evolution of models in production.
- Transverse collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Development and Business teams to transform customer needs into concrete technical solutions.
- Vision & Communication: Contribute to the AI roadmap, present your analyses to management and customers, and play the role of technical referent.
Qualifications
We are looking for a profile:
- Justifying Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Data Science/ML Engineering on real and complex cases.
- Mastering Python, Git, best development practices (tests) as well as frameworks such as PyTorch and Transformers.
- Coming from a solid scientific background (engineering school, MVA or equivalent).
- Equipped with an analytical, structured and problem-solving mindset.
- Curious, proactive and passionate about advanced AI topics.
Bonus: Contribution to an open source AI platform, package, or library.
