General conditions

Our commitment

Chez Datakeen, we place ethics, equity and responsibility at the heart of our activities, especially in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions.

We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination, whether human or algorithmic, and to promoting practices that respect fundamental rights.

What is discrimination?

Discrimination consists in treating a person unfavorably because of a criterion prohibited by law, such as:

  • the origin,
  • sex or gender identity,
  • age,
  • disability,
  • sexual orientation,
  • political or religious opinions,
  • health status,
  • or any other protected criteria.

In the context of AI technologies, these discriminations can also result from biases in data or models. Datakeen pays particular attention to detecting and reducing these biases.

Legal framework

Datakeen's activities comply with current regulations, including:

  • the Labour Code and the Criminal Code (non-discrimination),
  • the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD),
  • the future European framework on artificial intelligence (AI Act),
  • as well as the recommendations of the competent authorities (Defender of Rights, CNIL).

Commitment expected from our customers

As part of our collaborations, we expect our customers to:

  • respect the principles of non-discrimination in the use of the solutions provided,
  • ensure that AI use cases do not lead to inequitable treatments,
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations,
  • adopt a responsible and ethical approach in their practices.

Our actions

To prevent discrimination, Datakeen is implementing:

  • methods for auditing and detecting algorithmic biases,
  • tools for monitoring the fair performance of models,
  • recommendations for the responsible use of AI,
  • continuous awareness of ethical and regulatory issues.
