General conditions
Our commitment
Chez Datakeen, we place ethics, equity and responsibility at the heart of our activities, especially in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions.
We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination, whether human or algorithmic, and to promoting practices that respect fundamental rights.
What is discrimination?
Discrimination consists in treating a person unfavorably because of a criterion prohibited by law, such as:
- the origin,
- sex or gender identity,
- age,
- disability,

- or any other protected criteria.
In the context of AI technologies, these discriminations can also result from biases in data or models. Datakeen pays particular attention to detecting and reducing these biases.

- the Labour Code and the Criminal Code (non-discrimination),
- the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD),
