Datakeen wins the Enedis national competition

Datakeen and the Ile de France Ouest Regional Directorate of Enedis won The 2018 Start Up competition in the Customer Relations category, following a competition involving 350 start-ups. Concretely, Enedis uses Datakeen's Artificial Intelligence platform to:
- transform thousands of customer feedback (emails, telephone call verbatim, handwritten letters, voices) into levers for continuous improvement
- Detect trends
- propose targeted action plans as well as personalized responses.
Datakeen offers a powerful, simple and flexible response to Enedis's key challenges in improving the customer satisfaction experience. In particular, the solution makes it possible to analyze, understand and categorize this feedback in order to identify priority action plans whose impact is monitored over time.The award, received at the Paris City Hall, rewards the relevance of the work carried out in 2018 by Datakeen, the Ile de France Ouest Regional Department at Enedis. The solution will be deployed in Ile de France during 2019.
